Mobile Food Court

We bring out multiple food vendors to make sure we have a wide variety of food option all in one place. With BBQ, comfort, fusion, Mexican, Thai, Italian and more rotating out each event, it is a great way to feed the entire family in one convenient location. After the main course we also bring out dessert vendors for your sweet tooth, like baked goods, churros, ice cream, shaved ice, or specialty drinks.

Live Local Music

We believe that nothing goes better with good food then great live music! Each night we bring out a different local musician to come play for your entertainment. It is a great way to support the amazing local artists in our valley and help them get their name out to a large audience. It is just another way we help support the local economy.

Family Fun

One of the best parts of Food Truck Fridays is the locations we choose. We love being able to bring our trucks out to some of the big local parks which allows for a great place to bring the family and have a great night out. Some locations have playgrounds while all of them have large grassy areas for your family to run around and enjoy.
